Emrick Machinery Sales works to provide quality machinery, tooling, lubrication products, and industrial supplies. Please review the following return and refund information carefully.
Return Authorization Required
Returns must be approved by Emrick Machinery Sales prior to being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Certain unused tooling, lubrication products, replacement parts, and eligible industrial supplies may qualify for return within an approved return period.
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging may be required
- Proof of purchase may be required
- Customer may be responsible for return shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items

- Products damaged after delivery
Machinery Sales
Used machinery is generally sold as-is unless otherwise stated in writing. Customers are encouraged to inspect machinery before purchase.
Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. Freight damage or missing items should be noted with the carrier before signing delivery paperwork.
Refund Processing
